Promac adds new machinery ranges and puts the record straight on Emmegi

Promac’s representation of Emmegi machinery will sadly come to an end in September of this year after 28 years of successful partnership to accommodate Emmegi’s consistent global strategy of direct representation. Promac will continue to support indefinitely our customers with Emmegi equipment as warranty claims, spare parts, consumable and technical support remain unchanged by the manufacturers decision and we wish them well with this venture.

This year Promac will have traded for 31 years and we obviously believe that our range of Aluminium, Glass and PVC machinery delivers quality, choice and value to our existing and future customers. As a key component in the supply chain process Promac offers tailored machinery advice, expert technical support and service delivery standards which we continually improve with initiatives like regional spare parts distribution. Our many years of experience have helped us bridge the style, language and cultural gap that exist between manufacturer and customer as well as making complex contractual obligations simple.

As true in life as in business when one door closes another one opens and that is certainly the case here. Promac will announce over the next few weeks formal supply arrangements with new machinery suppliers that will bring new, innovative, quality products adding to and complementing our extensive range.
