John has worked in trade journalism for over 10 years. He started his career at Hamerville Magazines working initially as Assistant Editor on Professional Heating and Plumbing Installer. He then moved onto Window Fabricator and Installer as Editor at the same company soon after. In 1997 he left to join Turret-RAI plc where he was Managing Editor of Window Industries. During his time at Turret RAI John launched another trade journal Building, Repair and Maintenace. He left in 2005 to set up Active Magazines Ltd, and edit Windows Active.

Jackie combines her role as Editor of sister title Housing Active with that of Sub Editor of Windows Active. Jackie is a vastly experienced writer having compiled a varried portfolio of articles for the trade press. She is responsible for feature wiriting, sub-editing and page payout on Windows Active magazine.

Anna Redman - Web developerÊ
An important member of the team, Anna co-ordinates and develops the interactive side of the business. The launch of the Windows Active interactive has been very well received, and she has been responsible for its continual development. With experiece in web design, Anna brings with her vital knowledge of the internet.

Steve Gravestock - Sales Director

With nearly 20 years experience in the publishing industry, Steve has held a number of key management roles. More recently he was Publisher of a number of journals targeting the window, blinds & shutters and bakery industries. He has been involved in the advertising side of the Window Industry for 19 years. He left his former role of Publisher at Turret RAI to set up Active Magazines Ltd. His role is to co-ordinate the sales division and to develop new titles.

Over the last 10 years Jon has worked as an Advertisement Manager on a number of business-to-business journals. With vast experience in the window industry, Jon has developed key relationships with some of the industry's major players. In his previous role Jon developed a number of iniatives, including a very successful web guide. His skills also run into the magazine production side of the business.

Lucy Bishop - Sales ManagerÊ

Lucy has an impressive track record in business-to-business magazine advertising sales. She worked through the ranks at her previous employer and gained numberous awards for achieving sales targets. With expereince in classified and display sales she is an invaluable member of the team. Her current role as Sales Manager sees her dealing with many of Windows Active's key advertsing clients.

Chris Reynolds - Sales Executive

ChrisÊstarted in advertising well over thirty years ago at Morgan GrampianÊduring the change of printing material from hot metal to film. He has had experience of a multitude of industry sectors in the UK, as well Internationally, and has worked on a number of new titleÊlaunches. He has also worked on and led some of the country's leading trade exhibitions covering amongst other things, food, water and building. Over the years the one thing not lost is Chris's enthusiasm to meet clients, old and new,Êas well as embrace and promote newÊdevelopments such as interactive publishing unheard of back in the seventies.
